1. “Didn’t clean as well as expected”

Why this happens:

• Eco‑friendly cleaners work by loosening buildup, not dissolving it instantly like harsh chemical agents.
• Machines with heavy mineral deposits may require more than one cleaning cycle.
• Residue inside the ice bin or water path may need manual wiping after the cleaning cycle.

Solutions:

• Run a second cleaning cycle for deep or long‑term buildup.
• After cleaning, wipe the ice bin and internal surfaces with a clean cloth.
• Discard the first batch of ice after cleaning to remove loosened residue.

2. “Not compatible with my machine”

Why this happens:

• Some ice makers do not have a dedicated cleaning mode.
• Certain commercial or built‑in models require manufacturer‑specific liquid cleaners.
• Some machines have small compartments that tablets cannot fit into.

Solutions:

• Place the tablet directly into the water reservoir if the compartment is too small.
