Coffee Maker Cleaner — After‑Sales Support

Welcome to the Flowcheer support page for our Coffee Machine Cleaning Tablets. This guide explains common user misunderstandings and provides clear solutions to help you get the best cleaning results while protecting your machine.

1. “Didn’t clean as well as expected”

Why this happens:

• Cleaning tablets remove coffee oil and residue, not mineral scale. • Machines with long‑term buildup may require more than one cleaning cycle. • Internal parts such as the brew group or spout may still need manual wiping.

Solutions:

• Run a second cleaning cycle for deep or long‑term residue. • Wipe the brew group, spout, and removable parts with a clean cloth. • For mineral scale, use a descaler — tablets and descaler target different types of buildup.

2. “Not compatible with my machine”

Why this happens:

• Some machines have small tablet compartments. • Capsule machines do not have a tablet slot. • Certain brands require placing the tablet in the water tank, not the brew chamber.

Solutions:

• If the compartment is too small, break the tablet in half — performance will not be affected. • For capsule machines, place the tablet directly in the water tank. • Follow your machine’s manual for “cleaning tablet” instructions. • Not recommended for machines that only accept liquid descaler.

3. “Worried it might damage my machine”

Why this happens:

• Loosened coffee oils may appear as dark flakes, which can be mistaken for damage. • Cleaning smells or cloudy water during the cycle are normal. • Incorrect tablet placement may cause temporary concern.

Solutions:

• Our formula is non‑corrosive and safe for home coffee machines. • Run 1–2 rinse cycles after cleaning to flush loosened residue. • Always place the tablet in the correct location (tablet slot or water tank). • Discard the first cup of water/coffee after cleaning — this is standard practice.

4. Tablet dissolves slowly

Why this happens:

• Water temperature is too low • Cleaning cycle is too short • Internal water circulation is not strong enough

Solutions:

• Run 1–2 additional rinse cycles • Use warm water (recommended by most coffee machine brands) • If your machine has a cleaning mode, select the full cleaning cycle instead of a quick rinse

5. Coffee tastes strange or has odor after cleaning

Why this happens:

• Residue inside the brew group or spout requires additional rinsing. • Heavy buildup may require more than one cleaning cycle.

Solutions:

• Run 1–2 additional rinse cycles with clean water. • Remove and rinse the brew group (if your machine allows it). • Discard the first cup of coffee after cleaning — this is normal and recommended.
